The hotel is conveniently located in a 'trending' neighborhood and is just a short tram ride away from the city hub. The tram stop is very close to the hotel, and it takes about 10 minutes to reach the main station, from where you can easily explore all the sightseeing destinations in Zurich by tram number. The rooms are comfortable and equipped with all the necessary facilities. The breakfast spread is nice, and the staff at the restaurant are friendly and helpful.

Some toiletries and other essentials were not refilled properly, and the locker provided in the room was in a bad state.

We were really surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of our room at Novotel Zurich City West. The shower was fantastic, and our children loved the play area. The hotel's location near the tram and train station was very convenient, and we appreciated the breakfast options available. we would recommend this hotel.

The key location of the hotel in an old industrial quarter with cool places to go out nearby was a major highlight for us. We loved being able to explore the neighborhood and easily access the city center and train station within 10 minutes thanks to the tram stop right in front of the hotel.

One downside that we experienced was the misinformation regarding parking. The hotel's description stated that free parking was available, but we were disappointed to find out that we had to pay for parking in the nearby Ibis hotel garage.

We had such a lovely stay here! It's in a nice district, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, in a very peaceful area. We found the tram line just behind this place and it took around 15 minutes to get to the interesting sites in the city. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, always ready to provide us with room service or tour assistance. The room was great, with lots of amenities like tea and coffee facilities and soundproofed walls. The dining restaurant was also a highlight, serving up delicious food and a great atmosphere.
